Fix sms reading for Series40 3rd edition phones that don't support folder reading

This work is helped by Mark Jennings. I'm testing it on his 6300.
Currently it seems that we can get messages from 4 folders. Two of them are inbox and outbox.
I am not sure about the other two.
That was bad guess. I am afraid we need some windows sniffing...

I'm somehow lazy learning how to programm on symbian platform, but already got installed windows environment.

Support for gnome-phone-manager

I'm filling bugs in there. Some of them involve gnokii changes.
Some of the enhancements will allow it to be a cool phone manager.

Ideas to implement

Make drivers (phone, device, link) pluggable.

Use phone features configurable: the database would be in external xml database with option to edit features from GUI or by hand and store them in the local xml database (per user) and with possibility to send them to gnokii devel team.

DBUS integration for libgnokii.

Deamon exposing phone events to DBUS.

New GUI for GNOME (preferably using DBUS integration) GNOME Phone Manager?.

Regression test suite.

Symbian driver (gnapplet). Improvement for Series60 v1 and v2. Implementation for Series60 v3.

Configuration wizard. Phone autodetection.

MMS support.

Python/Perl/Ruby/PHP/C#/... bindings.
