I get "Sorry, phone has not yet been converted to new style. Phone.Functions == NULL!" message. What's wrong?

You use ancient version of gnokii! Upgrade! See gnokii downloads page for the details. The other option is that you incorrectly installed gnokii, see relocation question for the details.
