Nokia 6600

Nokia 6600 is supported by two drivers. First is AT driver, but it has limited functionality (it not the driver fault, but the phone fault). The second one it the gnapplet driver.

Gnapplet consists of two parts. First is the gnokii driver, second is the Symbian application. These two communicate allowing gnokii to retrieve the needed information. With gnapplet you can use either irda or bluetooth connection (cable connection is not supported).

Current gnapplet functionality contains:

  • identify the phone
  • read/write/delete phonebook entries
  • read/delete call log (missed, received, dialled calls)
  • read the memory status
  • read network info
  • read RF/battery level
