Memory type codes

This is a list of all memory types that can be used with phonebook commands and with SMS commands.
Phonebook memories
Notes:
- extended fields are ignored when using model = AT or when using SIM card memories

DC, RC, MC, LDcan contain date and time of the call according to phone clock (unlike the caller ID of landline phones) - most phones support only a limited subset of memory types
